Can you connect with a wired connection?  If not, you need to install the Chipset drivers.

Change the properties of the wireless connection to let Windows handle it and see if you get any error messages.

You mean check the box "Use windows to configure my wireless network settings"??  I have done this.  Everything has been left on default, including this box.

Can you run the Dell diagnostic test on your amchine and isolate just on the RAM?

I ran dell diagnostics on the memomory and all other concernced devices. Everything passed.

I found this from searching the forums, I would like to give it a try. Can you explain to me how I change this "no" value to "yes" in the BIOS?

I don't see a "Yes' /"No" option for the wireless in the BIOS but yu can turn it on and off there.  It should be on Page 3 of the BIOS or at least it is on mine.

How can I do that? Can someone please explain how I do that? Otherwise do you have any other suggestions?

Press F2 at startup and once inside the BIOS, ALT+P scrolls from page to page.
