127.0.0.1 is your network adapter and no website exists on your network adapter which would explain why you get nothing.  Did your browser get set up with a proxy?  To check, open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options.  Click on the Connections tab, then click on the LAN settings button.  Make sure none of the boxes have checkmarks.

Great LAN had two checks one was Auto the other was use proxy, i unchecked both but still no luck. Thanks Kevin
