127.0.0.1 is your network adapter and no website exists on your network adapter which would explain why you get nothing. Did your browser get set up with a proxy? To check, open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab, then click on the LAN settings button. Make sure none of the boxes have checkmarks.
