[Urgent] Ethernet Driver for Latitude D610 running on RedHat 9

Question

Dear all, The system shows '3c501 device eth0 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization' when I try to Activate Ethernet. I typed 'ifconfig', only 'lo' exists. So I am sure ethernet card is not detected by RH9. Any remedy for this? WinXP run smoothly on this... Thanks in advance.
