If you are trying to play a better game, I think the support personnel was thinking that you need a dedicated video card.  What you have is an integrated video that is not for gaming per se.  Get yourself a PCI graphic card in the area of a nVidia 5500 / 5600 or 5700LE.  Remember, it has to be PCI only, not AGP or PCI-Express...

What game are you trying to play anyway.

I think that file is a chipset driver for the video controller hub and not a video card driver file. What video card is installed in your computer?

Look at your invoice or packing slip, and tell us the model number.  You can also see the model number that is printed on the front power button on your system.  It might read Dim 2400 or Dim 3000.   Are you telling us that you bought a system, and do not know the model number  ?

If the 915G is an indication of the chipset, you will need a pcie video card.
