run HiJackThis. place a check-mark in the box in front of the line:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NI.UWFX5] "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\UWFX5NetInstaller.exe"
click on FIX CHECKED. close HJT. reboot. and see if this makes a difference. generate and post another HJT log.
[If HJT "chokes" on this FIX, or if the line comes back after you reboot, then you can try starting-up in SAFE mode, to see if you can remove/FIX it in SAFE mode]
