Viet Anh,

Welcome to the Forum,

"Monitor" is referring to an external display, download and install the one that suites your external monitor.

"...although i just re-install window and install no software or driver except video driver. ..."

Following Windows reinstall, the first Dell Drivers to install should be Chipset Drivers and then
Notebook Software, prior to Video Driver. This helps allow proper install and operation for the
other drivers, (touchpad drivers, modem drivers, other Communication Drivers, QuickSet etc. depending
on your system).

Dear Art

Thank you very much for your quick reply

Could you please guide me how to indentify the type of my monitor  and install the suitable display driver?

I have download all drivers listed in category "Display devices" but couldn't find the right driver.

With best regards
Viet Anh

Viet Anh,

Should be in BIOS Setup (tap F2 on first bootup screen).

In Windows, Display Adapter (not monitor) will be in Hardware, Device Manager.

Monitors are for external use only, Video Driver is what you need for laptop screen.
