Reinstalling an Inspiron 8600 (Win XP SP2) Problems with Bluetooth and WLAN

hey,   i have some problems with installing the bluetooth and wlan on my inspiron 8600.   if its is hardware is disabled by hitting fn + f2 it is installing both items without problems, but if i wanna activate and use it by fn + f2 it installs bluetooth by windows a second time.   i can see two bluetooth-devices in the device manager   dell truemobile bluetooth... microsoft bluetooth ...   there are also 2 bluetooth trayicons and the one of dell doesnt works (i cannot activate it by right mouseclick).   do i have to install these things in a special order or what else can i do...?

I don't know which module you have, but the reason you are seeing 2 Bluetooth devices is because Windows XP has built-in support for your module as well as being supported by the software you have installed.  You can use the built-in support and uninstall the Dell software, but if you want to use the Dell software instead, it may help to know which module you have.
