you first need to ascertain what videocard is in your pc.
in device manager, expand video adapters to see the make of card then check the driver version under properties of the videocard.

I dont mean the video card drivers but the "Display Devices" as it appears in the download section on Dell support for the 9300 model. If you expand this there are many display devices to pick and i dont know which one is mine...

the display drivers listed on the dell site are for external monitors.

windows already has the correct drivers inbuilt for your lcd screen.

I see, but why are they listed as available downloads for a laptop when they are for external monitors? (in Dell downloads for my 9300).
