Computer Startup Issue - Dell D. 4600C Desktop

Question

I'm having an issue with a computer that I was just reccently given to see if I can get working again, but I can't even get it to turn on. On the 4600C the power button on the top of it is only bringing it back online from being off. (The power light is only blinking yellow as if it's in sleep mode, but the it's not turning back on.) Is there a way that I can disable this without having to send it in or not?

Hello,

A blinking amber and that's it.

Might be a problem with the power supply, detected, as not being able to distribute power correctly.

Might want to talk to Dell hardware and see what they diagnose. I'm thinking the power supply may need to be replaced.
