Anyone in need of replacement keys for Latitude Keyboard?????

Hello - If you are like me and have lost a key or two from your keyboard and don't want to buy an entire new keyboard please let me know.   I am going to order a keyboard on ebay for parts.  I only need 1 shift key, so if you are interested reply to this post and I can hook you up with a key or a few keys for around $1/key?   Let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

Here is a website offering keys for sale.  $1/key but shipping is $5.95 for first key $4.95 for each additional.  http://www.offer-now.com/keys/stock/dell_current_inv.htm#D1.  My keys are $1.50 per key including shipping.  If you go to this website my keys are the D2 variety.  If your keys don't match this buy from me at your own risk as I'm not an expert and I don't know if some retainers are interchangable or not.   Thanks!!!

I am in dire need of a backspace key, I hope I'm not too late. What you're doing is absolutly wonderful, by the way. The thing is, I'm going abroad to the Netherlands for the whole semester this Thursday, so I would ideally have to have it before then, but worst comes to worst I'll have my parents send it.

How much would you want? Are you still offering?

I need a return key for a Inspiron 600m and will check to see if it's compatible with a Latitude D610.  What Latitude do you have?

The best way to check compatablity would be to check the website that I posted.  My laptop is a Dell Latitude C510.  It has the keys shown on the website as D2.  To check if your keys match you can pop one off to look at the plastic connectors. (Tip pop them off by prying carefully from the top of the key, if you do it from the bottom it will snap the little connector pieces).  If your connecters match the D2 connectors, we have a match.
