Monitor 'drivers' aren't executables so aren't 32-bit or 64-bit. They're just basically text files that list the capabilities of the monitor so that Windows doesn't have to treat it in a generic manner but instead knows the resolutions and refresh rates it supports.

Just load the 'regular' ones from Dell's download site and you should be fine.
