Yes. Like most companies, they have reduced and tightened support access; once you have a registration, you will be able to contact Dell.

Thanks Again! I guess I got mad for nothing except I have been dealing with Dell support for a friend and have been waiting for over a week for a motherboard.  I had always heard the reason people went with Dell was because of their great service and I have been dissapointed the first time I used it! Plus I wanted to ask a very simple question, I didn't even have a problem and their response is to talk to my vendor!? Just not very nice in my opinion!
