unable to see video(cnn,yahoo music)

Question

Hi dell users, I am unable to view videos on websites like cnn, yahoo music(using both IE and firefox) . All I am able to see is colors of pink,green,yellow. People faces becomes blue. Its like looking thru a negative film in color. But I am able to see video on website like eg flightlevel350. Has some videos and I can view them perfectly thru the browser. 1). Is this a hardware/software/driver graphics issue(ATI mobility radeon x300). 2). could this be a windows media player related. I called dell support, rep had me uninstall ati driver and restart machine. On reboot system identified new display adapter and installed software and driver for it. I was able to view the videos on cnn immediately. On reboot the problem surfaced immediately. Overall this machine is good, but i am getting disappointed with ATI's quality. SO has any one experienced poor video playback on cnn, yahoo, reuters etc. If so please help me resolve this issue. Appreciate any tips to troubleshoot this problem. thank Jay

Sorry forgot to mention, the machine is a latitude D610, xp pro, 2Ghz Pent M, 1GB Ram, 80GB HDD, ATI Mobility Radeon X300 64mb. screen resolution is 1400 by 1050 true color(32 bit) 60Hz.
Should I ask dell to replace laptop?

Problem resolved, updated Windows Media player from 9.0 to 10 and now I am able to view videos on the web clearly.
