Access the Device Manager and see what the network adaptor status is? Are there any yellow question or exclamation marks next to the device?

No yellow ? next to device.  Properties show that it is working properly.

Have you tried disconnecting the printer and see if the network card starts working, again?

Yes I only used the printer once.  After that one time the net card never worked again.

Have you tried using a different network cable to connect your computer?

Yes I did use my lap on two differant networks.  Work and Home.  The problem is either in the laptop or the internal LAN card.  The Lights next to the cable plug do not light up.  One used to be on all the time and the other would flash when sending or recieving on the LAN.

Got support on the phone.  Desabled LAN card -> reloaded -> reset Link Speed & Duplex to 100Mbps/Half Duplex.  All is working fine now.
