Reseat the flex cable leading from the video card to the display panel. If that doesn't work, replace it. If that doesn't do it, then repair or replace the panel.
I took apart my laptop and reset the flex cable and it is still blue.... I would also like to add that sometimes the display has some red pixles displaying on pictures (every so often)
