I had the same problem happen to me in mid Dec. I contacted Dell Support and they sent me a replacement LCD. I installed it but the problem was not fixed. I also plugged in an external monitor and found that when Windows was loading that as the drivers were being loaded that the CPU hanged. That is where I am now and have not been able to talk to Dell again. They are after me to return the old LCD but wish to find the root cause and verify the LCD was not the issue.

Where are you regarding your unit - have you fixed it and if soo, what was the fix?

The memory dump points to a faulty hard drive. If you remove it, will the system power up?

Hi. I tried putting another monitor on it but it still showed no display.  So I am thinking that it's not the display.  Maybe the memory cards?  Since it did a memory dump?

I took out the hard drive and still nothing.  The lights at the top, next to the power button, don't seem to work.
