The System Configuration tools, also found on the Dell Support site, can report your as-shipped hardware configuration details, perhaps somewhat cryptically, but hopefully with enough detail to differentiate between various options. Your current system configuration may also be reported if you can run the utility.
Various other tools may also report details of your system configuration, from the Device Manager in Windows to the AIDA utility.
