dust does get in the fans bearings, i stick toothpicks in the fans when the system is off and blow the heck out of the fans. yes they might need replacement and you caan get them here.
thanks, i did all that this morning. temps seem to be running fine but the fans are still very noisy. I'm thinking the fan assembly might need to be replaced. Does that sound about right?

i blew out the fans with air but what is the easiest way to get to the heatsink on the 8200?
I also downloaded the fan control and CPU temp is running at 70 celcius and the HD temp is at 51 celcius.
RPM on fan speeds seem to flucuate quite a bit.
