Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\\HJT\\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here.(At the link below)
1. Open IE, www.tinyurl.com/bonw6 (direct download of ewido)
2. Tell IE you wanna run the file.
3. After the download completes install the software simply by keep pressing next, next, etc. You dont have to check/uncheck any options while installing.
4. Then you need to restart your computer to safe mode. Simply press F8 about 3-5 times after the Dell Logo goes away when you restart. Then select Safe Mode and press enter
5. After you select a user name, a message will pop-up click Yes.
6. Double-click on the Ewido icon on the desktop
7. Click scanner on the left side and click Complete scan
8. When an infection is finally detected put a check in the box of the window where it says "Perform action to all infected objects" and click OK
9. After the scan completes, follow steps 7-8 again.

Please do not be tempted to "fix" on your own. Hijackthis is a very powerful tool, if used incorrectly can cause system problems
