Try reseating the components (HDD, Optical drive, memory modules, NIC, MDC,). You may want to run the DELL Diagnostics, too. If this doesn't solve your issue, you may need to take a look at your control panel (the front bezel with the power buttons on it) and try to see if the controls are properly seated. You can also call up DELL as an option. Or, you may want to go to www.support.dell.com, go to troubleshooting page and type in your issue.

The short answer to your question of what is the bezel is: it is the rim around the keyboard. It kinda pops off if you look at the right edge under the hinge for the top.

Hi I seem to have the same problem.
Can someone explain what the 'bezel' is. As well as what it means to reseat the various components. (just remove and put it back in?)
