The drive capacity is correct. The manufacturer quotes 80G as decimal; Windows uses binary.

80X 10^9/2^30 = 74.5G.

There are two hidden partitions of about 4-5G total on the disc containing utility, diagnostic and recovery software, so you have something around 70G free.

As for Server 2003, it's not supported by Dell, so you'll need to find drivers from the various component manufacturers. You won't find Server 2K3 drivers at Dell.

As for DVD software, you'll have to find a decoder software package that works with Server.

Thanks for ur reply, but how can we access the hidden drives? and how to know the various component manufacturers in my PC? plz let me know?

If formate the total system and install the windows 2000 whether it will work? whether the drivers available for Win 2000 plz. let me know
