doen't need cable, but you need to be getting a signal from somewhere, whether it's satelite, a vcr with a tape inside etc etc. But you gotta have a signal coming from somewhere.
Would this set up work... rabbit ears antenna to tv tuner to computer? I gave it a try but no luck. Wondering if the signal is too low or if I'm just not getting the set up right.
