How's the new 'grace' period going to work for 2007WFP A02 revisions?

Hi there, I was wondering how the promised renewed 21 (30 in Canada) days return policy will be applied once one gets a new A02 monitor. Up to this point the regular tech support does not acknowledge the banding issue (in Canada, at least), let alone accept an extension for the 'satisfaction guaranteed' period. Also, the dispatching seems to go on a different channel, so how would one get this new monitor into the 'official' space? I'm yet to receive a A02 replacement and I hope it will be perfect, but just in case I won't be so lucky... Thx.

There is no renewal of the 'grace  period' with Dell canada. It is the standard 30 days and then the unit will be replaced under your 3yr advanced exchange warranty via the tech support dept. If you are within 30 days , contact customer care, if not contact tech support..
