Apparently the problem is that some components are too close together.

If the monitor suddenly started showing the bars, it could be broken.
How do the bars look like?
Usually dying monitors get the colors changed.
Also did you try to change your cable?
If you have still it's warranty, you should try to get it replaced by dell.

So it's like that it's Samsung monitors under the logo of Dell....
It's a lot 50,000!!!!
I hope that they will accept to repair mine...
