If you have purchased this monitor serperately, then this monitor will not have a service tag #. But if you've purchased a computer together with this monitor, the service tag # will be loacted at the tower or CPU. It may be located at the top panel or at back of the tower or CPU. Or you may click on Start, All Programs, Dell Accessories then select Express Service Code Application.
This monitor was purchased seperately. How do I go about accessing tech support, or is it not possible as tech support chat and other various support features require a service tag #?
You may still contact Dell Hardware Warranty Support at 1-800-624-9896 for help. If you still have the order number or the serial number that would help alot.
