When asking for tech help include as much information as you can, in this case what monitor. I would correct this issue with the video card though. Right click on an empty area of the desktop and start looking at those settings. But maybe I can give more help after you post the model.

* Go into the monitor OSD Menu System (scroll down)
* First, choose RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS = YES. Does this fix it?
* If not, adjust the HORIZONTAL
