power cycle the network: turn all devices off. disconnect all cables. keep them turned off for at least 2 mins. turn modem on. wait for 10 seconds. turn router on. wait for 10 seconds. connect modem to router. turn system on. if you still cannot connect, do: click start, run, type cmd, press enter. type: ipconfig /release. press enter. type ipconfig /renew. press enter. close all windows. test. if no go. restart system.
