Email 'at' key not working on a Latitude D820

Question

Hello, just bought a latitude D820 and 'AltGr + 2' will get nothing, so the only way to get the email 'at' key is by the Character Map windows utility (!). The other AltGr combinations work fine. This is very annoying as I am constantly sending emails.

Why not just use the 2 key on the top of your keyboard while pressing SHIFT? It's the one with the small 'A' with a partial circle around it. Randy

Sorry, I forgot to mention: I have a portuguese keyboard and SHIFT + 2 = ' Thanks anyway, but still needing help.
