Reseat the RAM - if that doesn't work, from the sound of it, you're going to be faced with a $400-500 mainboard replacement.

sorry to tell you this, but it is def a bad motherboard. my friend recently went through the exact same thing. He called Dell and his 9100 was still under warranty, so they replaced it(the motherboard) for him for free. If you aren't under warranty anymore, I'm not totally sure what you can do other than take it to a technician and have them replace it.
