The normal 21 day return policy doesn't apply to 2407/2007 banding issues. If you want to return it, we will work with you. Within reason of course. Anything within 60 days shouldn't be a problem.
My question was about my current A00 monitor i'm waiting to be exchanged with a A02 monitor. If everything goes wrong the exchange monitor will arrive during my vacation absence. So, receiving the patched A02 monitor won't be a problem, but sending the A00 back to you could be a bit delayed due to that reason.
I don't want to send my current 2007 back before i got a patched one nor give it back for a refund.
