I suggest you try several different versions of the nVidia drivers. Try WHQL ones. Try previous WHQL ones. Try beta ones (available from www.guru3d.com).
See if your problem still exists after those tests. While I don't have Quad-SLI, I have seen similar LCD issues occur with different nVidia driver revisions.
As far as I know there is no fully Quad SLi supported Forceware drivers out there yet. nVidia has announced that they will release a new driver sometime here in summer which will fully suppoty Quad SLi (2 x 7950GX2).
If you find some reviews of the 7950GX2 you will discover that Quad SLi just doesn't work.
