Try lowering your Screen Resolution within the games options.

1. Completely uninstall your video driver.

2. Reinstall the new one.

If that does not work try this:

1. Right click the video game icon.

2. Click on 'compatibility'

3. Check the 'Run in 640x480 screen resolution'

4. If you get into your game, change the resolution.

I think there is nothing wrong in getting the 'error message'. It's not really a 'problem' and I take it as an 'informational message'. Just try your best to tick the box and click OK when you have the chance...
