 Here's a link to a Dell knowledge base article: Wave software does not add fingerprints for domain users. If this is the patch you have already installed you may need to contact Tech Support.

You have to clear the database before you can add more fingerprints with the patch.

I have tried the method of removing the fingerprints described with the software. I even upgraded to the A09 version without success. I then uninstalled the A09 version, removed the Wave software directory from under Program Files and reinstalled with no success. The sad part is that I am not on a Domain or ADS so I shouldn't be affected by this problem at all.

Please advise.
