not recommended to spray directly on the screen, and also agree, paper towels a big no-no
i use an old cotton cloth,,tee-shirt-, and just sprinkle a bit of water on it just to get it moist,,,but not completelly wet, and wipe,,GENTLY,,... it does the trick

Ring dell customer support.
Deduct the amount not written off on taxes from the persons' salary;)
I am not sure about this product for cleaning lcd s the user manual suggests some ways & more can be found online.
