witch driver for display(B120)?

Question

I have a B120.On Downloads driver -Display there are many drivers but B120 is listed to ALL!(begining with 1707FP and ending with E773S).Witch one is the one I have to install? The seccond question is:Is there a way to do the the update drivers automatically(with a Dell tool by ex.)? Thank you

Whichever external monitor you have, choose that driver. IF you're referring to the internal panel, it needs no driver.

Yes,I mean the internal panel.Why is then in Device Manager as Unknown monitor listed?
