I really don't think so. If it is under warrantee return for an exchange & don't take no for an answer.
If not under warrantee then maybe a local tech. could replace the power supply & check it out otherwise.
As usual they will most likely try to sell you a new monitor, unless they have a really good reason tell them that you will never deal with them again.
