Do I get drivers made for the inspiron 8100/8200 and then use them on the c810?
No -- I don't believe the 8200 drivers from Dell will work in the c810 without a hack in the INF file.

Or Do I download them straight from Nvidia and If so what to do then?
No -- same applies: you need a hacked INF file.

Or as I am wondering do I need a Bios Update to the c810 to handle this card in addition to a driver update for the card itself?
I don't believe so.

Anyways I ask someone to please kindly point me in the right direction

Also, WHY are you trying to do this upgrade?

That Geforce 4 you listed is really a Geforce 2-it's only marginally more powerful than what you have, and won't run anything a Geforce 2 can't run.

For the 64MB as opposed to only 32MB on the GF-2 perhaps?

The GeforceMX440 is more powerful than Geforce2Go, but it's so far from actual GPU that the upgrade probably is good only if gratis.

If so, same deal applies-this is better, but if this upgrade is for games, it's really a waste of money. If it's not, then I'd have to ask what the point is. Either way I just can't see this being anything but a waste of money. Now if you could get a REAL Geforce 4 for it, then maybe (though even a real Geforce 4 will just barly run a lot of things-a few not at all).
