Can't remove Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security

Question

My trial version has expired and I want to remove it from my computer but when I try to uninstall, it asks me for my password. The problem is that I have never created a password for it.  Trend micro won't respond to my requests for help.

Here's the solution posted here -> http://esupport.trendmicro.com/support/viewxml.do?ContentID=EN-1030493&id=EN-1030493   Its a known issue on the Trend Micro support site, follow the instructions and it should work.
