Well certainly not enough and kind of vague description but I would go with Windows networking issue? Are all the system set for the workgroup? Are the other system able to connect to the router? I think I read that not sure, if they can can you ping any of them, can any of them ping you? if they can it's a windows workgroup/domain issue
Dont rely on just turning off mcAfee personal firewall. Go to the McAfee personal firewall and on the summary tab click on trusted IPAddress and tried to enter the range off IP address on the whole network. for example if your IP is ranging from 192.168.1.1 to 192.1681.10. so this range must be entered on the trusted IP address or you have to totally uninstall mcAfee security program
