I received two replacement 2007WFP A02s for two original A00s. I thoroughly tested them all, including side by side comparison gradient tests. My experience is that A02 does exactly what it is supposed to do - eliminates banding in Desktop mode. Others may have a different experience. Also, there have been reports that Dell are shipping these monitors with Samsung S-PVA panels instead of, or as well as the original LG.Philips S-IPS [

If you get one and are not happy, you can always return it for a refund.
The one I'm looking at is a revision 02 manufactured in July 2006. Unless it's guaranteed to be an S-IPS panel I'll have to look elsewhere, because I live in Brazil and returning it would be a pain.
