dlbcserv.exe is a process installed alongside Dell Photo Printers and provides additional configuration options for these devices. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.
On those 2 files Kernel32dll and the other one ending in dll, was it .dll or just dll, i.e. kernel32dll or kernel32.dll
