i see this happen on a different model.  It looks like your memory module has gone bad..  not really sure if this is the same thing, but try call dell first and see if they are willing to replace the memory.

You can try reseating the RAM, but it sounds like a system board failure.

Already tried to pull and put back again the RAM but still don't work. I tried to contact DELL but i'm out of warranty. I will try to replace it with a known working RAM borrowed from a friend and hope it works. I'm hoping its not system board...
