if you want to find out what your computer speck is, then go to Start--> Settings--> Control Panel--> Performance & Maintanance--> then click on Systems and there it should give you the spec of your computer.  And do find out what your graphic card is, you can right click on your desktop-->properties-->settings-->Advanced-->Adapter, there you should find what graphic card you are using.  Hope this helps you!
