Are you getting a message prior to rebooting?


How are you connected to the net, DSL/Cable I am assumeing?

What firewall do you use?

OK. Its worse than this. It has been restarting almost 2-3 times an hour. I need assistance :(((

When I had this problem a year or so ago, it was a power supply problem.
Have you tried these suggestions?

Yea it was a power supply problem. Thanks a bunch man :D

EDIT: No its not I guess. Its started up again today. I think it might be a cracked motherboard. How would I go about repairing it or what?

It sounds as if you need a hardware forum. I'm assuming your computer is no longer under warranty, so you will be working on it yourself.
