Same problem here. The 725 (only two hours in my possession) 1825 on 1/16/07) I got prints in grey and the colors are
pastels. I've run through what I take as their tips. What do we have here?:smileysurprised:

i think dell will replace your cartridges within a certain period of time if your having problems with them. in your case, you only have it for just a couple of hours. call them and see if they'll replace it.
