Is the wireless card disabled?  Is the radio turned off (the Fn F2 key combination toggles the radio on and off)?

You should be able to copy the file to removable media and take it to the problem computer, copy it onto the hard drive and then run it from there.

If for any reason you find you can't copy the program on to removable media as steve suggests, you could go to a command prompt and type the following:
netsh winsock reset catalog, and press enter. But try Steve's suggestion first.

if you are still getting limited or no connectivity the possible causes for this is the firewall or a wrong network key. try to check this out and if still you are getting the same old problem again update the driver for your wireless card.

hope this help

Sorry, Steve, this computer could not find the server for the Dell Forums site, or i would have gotten back to you faster.  I was able to transfer Winsock with no problems and it worked, after a good amount of frustration trying a few other suggestions...Thanks a lot, Steve!
