The funny thing is, since I bought the laptop last July, it always said that it is not working properly. But I didn't have problems connecting to the headset, another pc or my mobil phone through bluetooth and sending files to the laptop.
Yesterday I have tried to send a music file from my mobil phone and I had to try 3 times before it finally did it.
The Motorola headset works properly at our pc, and it used to work on the laptop.
I do hear a tone when it connects to the laptop, telling me it is being connected. But then I cannot hear a thing. The microphone works, because I could see it in the recorder when I recorded my voice in the display that it was working well, but I cannot hear the voice when I play it back.
I have been in touch with Dell support, and I was on the phone with a technician for half an hour. He had me download software and install it, it didn't do the trick. It was late, so he had me download other software and told me that they would call me back today.
I rebooted the laptop and still the headset is not working... zip, no sound, silence :smileysad:
