You can get the Intel Pro Wireless 2915 which has a/b/d/g band capabilities. Is built to work inside and out of the US. Looks to be the best one next to the Dell Wireless 1470.

Do you think this one would work in my XPS M140? My laptop has a 1.86 GHz processor, 1.5 GB Ram, 80GB HD, Windows XP Professional.

The Intel PRO/Wireless 2200 Internal Wireless (802.11 b/g)54Mbps is better than the Dell 1370 wireless card and also the, Intel PRO/Wireless 2915 Internal Wireless (802.11 a/b/g) 54Mbps which is the next model up from the 2200 i dont know the signal range for these wireless cards but they are more advanced. Good luck.

Your Dell model was not on the list of what was compatible with the Intel Pro Wireless WM3B 2915 ABG  but if your buying of ebay then you can email the seller and find out if its compatible or not.

I ended up buying a Intel PRO/Wireless 220 MiniPCI Card.
Now since i am a newbie in computer modding. I need some help in what i have to do to install this. Ive tried to search google, but didnt find anything relevant.
Thanks a lot!
