Yes i did connect the cable included with the monitor to the computer and also the upstream cable but it's still not working, are we lookin at a possible hadware fault??
Go into the device manager. Delete everything under Universal Serial Bus controllers. When done, close all boxes and restart the PC. Once rebooted, the USB stuff will reappear. Check the monitor USB ports.
