you got to make sure what video card you have before you go installing video drivers.

im sure i have mobile intel graphics 910, but there is nowhere to find out on the computer what I actually have.

Select start>run and type in dxdiag Hit enter. Look un display and tell us what video adapter you have. You first reply was not useless and nobody can help you if we don't have enough information and correct components.
